The AccuSafe Gas Detection System is an advanced IIoT-enabled solution for continuous, always-on gas monitoring, purpose-built for modern, connected operations across a wide range of industries. Designed with a distributed edge computing architecture, AccuSafe supports up to ten smart sensor modules reporting to a single controller via Modbus TCP/IP—eliminating distance constraints and enabling scalable, facility-wide visibility.
Each edge device (sensor module) includes an integrated sample draw pump and onboard data acquisition, processing data locally before transmitting it across your network. This reduces system complexity, removes the need for additional software, and creates a more resilient and responsive monitoring environment.

Most sensors should be replaced every 3 months. This assumes proper maintenance and infrequent exposure to concentrations above the intended measuring range of the instrument. If your sensor is exposed to high concentrations of a gas, a replacement is recommended.
If your system uses the Interchange Sensor System, send the used cartridge back to us and we will recycle it.
